Daniel X Writing Contest
Entry shall consist of (1) an Entry Card and (2) Submission.
(1) Entry Card: You must send a 3” x 5” card printed with student’s name, birth date, complete street address (including zip code), daytime phone number and email address (if you have one).
(2) Submission: Each Submission must meet ALL of the following requirements. Any submission that is not complete or does not meet the specifications in any respect may be disqualified.
Theme of Submission:
The Submission should be an all-new Daniel X adventure of no more than 500 words—be as creative as possible! Use our Daniel X creative writing course for ideas and additional resources.
Additional requirements:
a) The Submission must be the entrant’s original, unmodified material and not include any pre-existing material;
b) The Submission must not include material that is obscene, pornographic, libelous, illegal, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable; and
c) The Submission must not include names or descriptions of real people.
